it's a dendrobium that has been colored with food coloring. they're only available as cut flowers, and only in parts of asia.

It is a Dendrobium hybrid of the phalaenopsis type. Your picture is an artificially colored cut flower, as someone else noted, but they are available almost anywhere, not just in Asia.

LOL. No not at all... My boyfriend brought home a bouquet of these flowers way before he got me my phal. They were such a neat color I had to take a picture (At that time I did not even know that they were Orchids)... When I got my first phal I realized that the bouquet that I had was a bouquet of orchids so I wanted to find the real plant. unfoutunatly the color is fake . Is there any type of Orchid out there with a similar color???

None, really. In my opinion, true-blue doesn't exist in the orchid world, and I disagree with what others said about Vandas (which are actually blue-violet to lavender).
However, there are dens that are a neat, rich purple color. I can't name any species/hybrids specifically, but given the enormous amount of hybrids out there, I'm sure you'll run into one soon.
Some near-blue orchids that I can think of are:
Vanda coerulea and its hybrids
Vanda coerulescens
Thelymitras
Rhynchostylis coelestis
Acacallis cyanea and its hybrids (the most notable being Zygonisia Cynosure "Blue Birds")
Bollea coelestis
Certain Cattleya/laelia species/hybrids (my mind's drawing a blank right now)
I know there are more, but as I said, I'm drawing a blank right now.
