Default I'm a new owner of two orchids, I need help identifying and knowing how to care for.

My mom absolutely loves orchids and so do I, although, every orchid that she gets doesn't seem to bloom well or live long. She doesn't have a lot of time to take care of them but she tries.

We've recently bought two orchids. One that is a dendrobium and I'm guessing a noid and the other is a spider orchid but I'm not sure of its specific name.

Please help me identify and learn how to take care of these.
Also they've developed black spots and the leaves have turned yellow. I've read its due to watering at night but I'm just hoping its no other reason. My mom waters it late whenever she remembers because she's always busy.

Spider Orchid

Dendrobium Noid?

Thank you in advance!
