Okay, my partner recently purchased five more orchids for me, but I'm extremely OCD about wanting to know the names of my plants... Well, these came from Lowe's, which is fine and dandy, but there were only generic tags indentifying the species of the orchids. I want to know what cultivar they are because I want to find out who my 'chids are, you know? LOL... I know there are umpteen bajillion hybrid varieties of orchids available, but if anyone recognizes one of these, will you let me know?
They came from Costa Farms and were supplied to Lowe's. Costa is the largest houseplant grower in the states, which is all good and great, but they haven't answered my inquiry to help identify my pretties.
And I'm rather impatient, so I figured perhaps some 'chid friendly people could help ease my frustrations...

And I suppose since I'm running a thread whining about missing names, see if anyone might know this reed stem epidendrum. I know it's a hybrid reed and one parent plant was 'Solar Flare'. I can't find anthing else about it, though...
The reed stem epi is such a beauty and is an everbloomer and I would just love to have her name on record. It frustrates me to have nameless plants. I like to know their identities... LOL...
