Default Pink and tiny

I have the following orchid which I am not sure if it is a Dendrobium or Epidendrum species or something different:

The flowers are tiny and about 4 mm in diameter.

Flower looks like an Epidendrum.
Can you post a better pic of the entire plant?

Looks to me like a reed-stem Epi.
There are hundreds of hybrid crosses out there so you'll likely never figure out what it really is.
The good news is that they are super easy to grow.
