I bought an orchid from a local grocery store. It has no name tag on it, but seems like a dendrobium. Can anyone tell the specific name of this little guy? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
It's probably a cross between several sections of genus Dendrobium. Could you provide a photo showing the entire flower stalk, as well as where it emerges from the plant?
If I'm guessing correctly at its ancestors, it will prefer being evenly moist and warm all year. Don't let it go dry when it's making new growth from the base, which I see right now.
