Could it be some hybrid?

it is most likely to be H. macronectar itself.

Thanks, I checked the encyclopedia link all week long but found nothing similar, I appreciate you getting that far, it's more than I thought I'd get and definitely more than I achieved so far!

I don't believe it's a hybrid, it was a present brought by someone that knows me way too well

I think I can put to rest this topic thanks to the valuable information provided by Afid, after all it wasn't a Bonatea but a Habenaria!

I found the following Link, which makes my plant a Habenaria Johannensis.
