Tarzane Group has Tolumnia tetrapetala but by time you read this is may be gone, they have 1 left, just posted about 3 hours ago. But keep an eye on them, they do get Tolu species fairly often.

Well, on this one Google helped. It's really distinctive. (In a lot of other cases, photo comparisons are either ambiguous or wrong. So the challenge is in evaluating whether the AI got it right or not) Can't take credit for actually knowing it or growing it.
