ID for terrestrial orchid - Spathloglottis perhaps?

It sure looks like a variety of Spathoglottis Plicata.

Certainly spathoglottis, but not likely plicata. The petal shape is reminiscent of augustorum or gracilis, with the lip looking more like the latter.
I'd bet it's a hybrid.
