Here's what really happened
I was re-potting and had finished when I tripped over some miscelaneous orchid stuff I'd put down. Next thing I know i was rolling on the floor band my ankle was dangling! Oh God! But ir could have been worse, it could have been my pelvis! So actually I consider myself lucky! This is a warning to be more careful.
The orchids were crying as the paramedics wheeled me on the gurney out to the ambulance. They waved their little green leaf hands. It was all so sad...
