I bought several orchids from this reputable seller online a couple of years ago and they threw in this 3 year old seedling plant as a gift. I was very excited to find a spike last month but while watering under the sink, I accidentally cut the spike= yet after a couple of weeks it produced a separate branch and gave me a couple of buds.
This gives out a mysterious oriental musky fragrance that would make you smile=not the musky fragrance that would make you leave the room….
Whenever I pass by this flower or take a whiff of its smell….I remember fondly that thoughtful kind seller who was very generous in giving me this precious gift.

Wonderful! It really is too bad we can't smell it! I usually don't care for a "musky" fragrance, but this one sounds really very nice!
