Phal. Sweet Memory 'Bubbles'............
I had one of these for many years and eventually managed to kill it. Luckily I found this one a couple years ago. It's still one of my all time favorite phalaenopsis. It's hard to photograph because each flower is a little different. Some have more yellow and some more orange. In natural light it has a diamond dusted appearance and it's almost always the first phal people notice in my collection. It really stands out.

I can certainly see why it stands out so much, it's beautiful!!  Great colors! And nice keiki too.  I have a Noid that looks very similar to that, and also has the glittery look that you describe. Sadly it hasn't bloomed in a long, long time, and I can't figure out why

This is an old cross that I still see for sale from time to time. I bought mine at an orchid show. I don't know of any vendors that have it at the moment. |

Yes, one flower and one bud are on the keiki. The keiki actually started to grow two spikes but one never matured. |
