Default Doritaenopsis Purple Martin

I almost lost this plant last year, while away for holidays. That time I had an invasion of thrips in my collection, and lost many plants. Damage can still bee seen in some leave...

Those are beautiful pictures Ramón. I have one of these. They keep on blooming, and blooming and blooming.
They also smell so good.

One of my favorite phals! Isn't this the one that bloomed last fall and the blooms would start out dark before fading to ligh purple the next day/week? Unless I'm mixing it up with someone else's Purple Martin.

exactly that one Camille... it still happens, but not as strong as it was one year ago...

Oh, I passed this up at one of the shows last summer. Been kicking myself ever since! The color is just beautiful--and that lip!! Now you say it might be fragrant, as well This goes right to the top of the wish list...

well.. Erin Bonsai Online and I decided to experiment a bit... this is actually an S/H pot I have this one and two larger ones (one holding a chinese Cymbidium)...

Very nice Ramon. I think it looks better this year too. Mine has been in bloom since mid May, and shows no sign of stopping anytime soon. Mine is fragrant also, but only when it's light out. Smells kind of grapey to me.
