Default Phalaenopsis equestris

This is my first species Phal to bloom for me. Those of you who know me know I'm really partial to Cattleyas, but how can I not love this little one? Which background do you like better?

Royal, I like the black background best. I have 2 of these one is the mother orchid and the other the keiki and both are showing spikes. Love this little orchid.

Wonderful little phal! Both backgrounds have their advantages. The blue background helps bring out the darker colors in the spike and buds. The black background highlights the white and light pink of the petals and that picture gives a better view of the lip.

But their both GREAT!!

Wow, nice one. I like the second background best too. Thanks for sharing.

Very pretty, Royal. Call me old fashioned, but I still like black backgrounds!
