Hello everyone. This is my first orchid to bloom for me in my entire life!!!! WHOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

You know, I have no idea what it is. I got it from my mother in law a year ago in poor condition. Go figure, the first orchid to bloom for me is the one I saved! I know it's a dend though, but that's it.

Lucky you! I'm still waiting for my Den. phal type to bloom, it had several new growths this past year and the stems swelled up, but no spike to be seen. Do you have it in bright light? Any tips would be appreciated!

It's on my balcony as close to the edge as it will go but this time of year my balcony gets not sunlight, it's all ambient/reflective light. But once the cool weather swooped in the spike poped out.
