How many roots?

I rotted the roots off of a phaph and i sphag and bagged it. it now has three healthy roots on it. My question is, how many roots are needed to consider it a healthy plant and to get it to bloom and or repot from the sphag and bag?

m how long are the roots though? do you have ?

I've been told that in general, there should be around 4 inches total in roots...four at 1", one at 4"...two at 2" etc
