Phal. violacea x bellina
I bought this one a year ago. It's grown phenomenally in that time period. Here's it's first flower of the season. The petals recurve a little, and I'm not liking that. I had to stick a smooth rock under the spike it grew so closely to the plant. There is another spike in bud, and it looks like the old spike is going to bloom as well.

Soooo pretty Terri! I just love the colors on it. Does it have a scent yet? I think this one will have to go on my wish list! It's funny, one of my phal hybrids (can't recall the name off hand) second bloom that opened has curled back petals too. Only mine has it really bad. Every single petal is curled really far back, it almost looks like a ball. I hope it doesn't always bloom like that. Weird, huh?

It's gorgeous Terri. I've got Phal. equestris budding and Phal. bellina growing a spike. Can't wait to see their blooms

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. It is very fragrant though it is currently being completely overwhelmed by a Milt. I brought home from the grocery store. From about 9-3 that Milt. fills the room with scent.

Hi Terri!!!
I have that same plant, and I just made a post in the Phal forum about how I can't get it to bloom. Mine appears to be really healthy, but it just won't flower (there is a picture of it in the post). How are you growing yours? It looks wonderful!!!
