Default Den. aberrans with spherical pseudobulbs?
I've seen a few examples of den. aberrans that have really fat, almost spherical bulbs, like this one (not my plant, just a photo I came across by Flickr user Aeranthes).

First of all, why would some grow this way rather than forming the usual oblong, gradually tapered shape? And second, why is it so stinkin' cute? Finally, can I have one and if so, how?
