Given by the look of the flowers and the plant, this is definitely nobile, parishii kind of stuff, which always smell so good!
Dendrobiums are a very large group of plants, so many might look similar but they may be very different.
The ones with a long spray of bloom on top of the cane I believe is rather different than this if you look carefully.
The shape of the leaves, canes to me look very different.
Given your description, yours is a hybrid of biggibum and most likely antelope type, unless if it is just a biggibum species.
Biggibum is not scented.
