I got this little guy in June from an orchid show in San Jose. I was concerned about the seeming lack of good roots. however - after blooming, it has put out a new cane and now its growing new roots as well. phew!
I also had an interested helper. just glad it seems to be happy.

The plant looks pretty good, not pot too. Remove 1/2 " of bark and replaces it with a few pieces of charcoal, dries really hard…
