Blackvine, can you maybe add some supplemental artificial light? From Voyager's experience with 4.5 hr of daylight per day, maybe this is not required, but it could help.

I will admit I am still trying to figure out Dendrobiums. I only have a few at the moment (Well, to be more accurate, I have only a few species; a D. spectabile, a D. crumenatum, a D. NOID, and about 25 small seedlings of D catenatum; the D. spectabile is the only one I purchased, the others were gifts from friends. The D. spectabile and D. crumenatum seem to like me best at the moment).

I've scanned the D. findleyanum pages from the Bakers' tome and made a PDF from them.

The PDF was too big to attach and I couldn't reduce its size enough without seriously degrading its readability.
so, I've uploaded it here:
D. findlayanum

As with most of these "free" services, you do need to look closely at what you're clicking on.
You will need to click on the download button in the upper RH area of the 1st page you're taken to.
Then, you'll need to click on the green download button in the upper RH corner of the next page to finally download the PDF.

The yellow highlighting is from my gathering the info needed for growing my plant.
