To Andrew re: Tip Burn
Andrew, after reading your comment I went back and looked at my plants, and very few if any have any damage to the tips of the leaves. I typically fertilize every weekend, or every other weekend depending on how ambitious I am, usually a teaspoon of soluble miracle grow in 2 gallons with liquid kelp. The old "weakly, weekly" theory. When it is very hot in summer, they plants might all get hosed down midweek. All of the kingianums are in a mix of medium and seedling sized bark, the large plant has been in a 12 inch clay pot for at least 2 - 3 years at this point. So not sure if you feed more heavily, water more or less, or perhaps you are in a warmer location than I am - I'm near the coast, cool year round, marine layer in the mornings very often.
