The Canes are only about 9 inches to the top of the Leafs( i dont think they will get any taller-it is 4 years old now ) and with the Spike about 14 inches.I dont stake them-i let them go they way they want.If you would stake them-they might be a lot taller-new Picture for you so you can see it better
