A little soft cane Dendrobium Male
Default A little soft cane Dendrobium

Got this little fellow from a forummer free in july 2010, and left in in a neglected corner of the balcony.


It grew quietly, but it grew bigger.

Then i noticed it today.
It put up some pretty nice small flowers!



I am wondering what's the ID of this softcane orchid. Anybody has a clue?

Really pretty and looks like it's growing great. Sorry can't help with an ID though.

Beautiful plant! Definitely Section Breviflores, I'd guess Den. linguella but I have a hard time telling them apart from photos so also look at hercoglossum and aduncum. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the ID, i am now looking up the Linguella, and it does look like one!!
It has since been moved to a more prominent location.
