Den. unicum
Just got this little guy at Redlands. I was really expecting the buds to blast but to my great surprise they didn't!

What a great soft orange, and I love the veining.
Do you have a shot with the whole plant in view? I'd love to see what's under that critters bloom.

I love the veining in this one.
I have a Stardust hybrid which is a unicum x Ukon and it still shows some of that veining in the lip.
I find it intesting that unicum has 'upside' down flowers. My Startdust seems to have some upside down and others 'the right way up'.

I also thought it unusual that the flowers were upside down! Wasn't sure if it was due to changes in light since I've only had it for 2 weeks.
Jrod - I will get some pics this weekend. Not much to see, looks like a pile of twigs with flowers!

Beautiful! I love the color, so delicate... looks like a creamsicle that I just want to eat up!

Thanks everyone!
Here is a picture of the whole plant. Not much to look at. But the flowers make it worth it!
