bingo, The canes on my plant are about 12-14" long for now but it should get a little bit bigger/longer, especially when it is in pot. My plant is on stick mount, so it may stay smaller.

Great blooms! Would you mind sharing some cultural information? I have one of these and can't even keep a leaf on it let alone any blooms. I'm surprised it's still alive.

It is a deciduous species and it mostly blooms on those leafless canes.

I grow it on stick mount and keep it moist year round. I it an Intermediate grower and it doesn't need strong light, ~1500-1800FC is good light level for this species.

Thanks Tom. Is it possible too much light is resposible for leaf loss? I expect the older canes to lose their leaves, but even on the newer ones a leaf will grow, turn yellow/brown and fall off. Average afternoon sunshine it's getting is around 3000fc, and when direct sun shines through the window it can rocket past 5000fc. My other Catts and Dens seem to love it now, but it seems that this one is getting too much of a good thing. Perhaps I should move it in with the Angs and Phals.

That sounds like too much light for this species but it may not be the cause of dropping young leaves. What is the humidity in your growin area?

You might want to grow it brighter than average Phal/Ang light.
