Hi Shakkai, I don't have any plant of them because my growing area is too hot for them. They are usually grown like the way the Japanese grow their Neofinetia.
Like chinese cymbidiums, the long-life orchids have a lot of varieties and in Japan, some of them are quite costly while compared with other common orchids.

I am not sure what the roots look like in the spag moss but all the keikies have nice roots. I am planning on unpotting it this weekend and seperate the keikies and start all over from scratch

I think these especially look great in Erin Pots! Vic has a lot of pots that are the pefect size them.

I do not have even ONE of these! But totally adore them.

Expect to be buying one shortly. lololol

It will not be lonely. . .it can sit right next to my little unicum. . .in the midst of all the other 100 orchids.

Actually, I was thinking to have Glenn send me one of the monoliforme and that tiny tiny sediria. The trip to my house, might get lonesome.

OK, but with so many different ones to choose from - each with their own unique traits - how on earth are you ever going to choose just ONE?!?

Ah, the great enabler is at work once again!!
Gwen, you can try to resist if you want, but it's hopeless. You're going to end up with several of these by the time she is finished with you! And then you'll love them and want more....
I've decided that I'm getting some of these dens next year!!

Shannan: It will be easy, I am going to make Glenn pick it out. . .to go with, either a Shunkyuden, Unkai or Seikai! I just sent in my order.

Camille: And of course, I only mean this ordering cycle. . .doesn't mean I don't fully intend to order more later.
