Default cane splitting
Hi guys,


I purchased a dendrobium nobile a few weeks ago- it's my first dendro. The cane is very thick and "plump", not shriveled, and was already blooming. I went to soak it today and noticed that towards the top of the cane, it was starting to split. is it because of lack of water, or is this typical ? (I am assuming not).
