I was very pleased to be able to buy this Phal. liemianum at the National Capitol Orchid Society Show. I was hoping to find this species and not have to settle on a standard hybrid like Pinnicho that I though I might have to. It has at least one more bud to follow this flower.
One of many.
I bought one in bloom (its very first flower open).
The plant was in bloom for over one year until I broke off the spike.
Each flower lasts about one month or less, and as soon as the old flower drops, the next one is either already open or ready to open.
Well, I'm sure you already know since you mentioned Pinocchio.

If that is the first flower on that spike to bloom you should expect many more flowers than the one more bud than you mention.
