I'm late to the party. lol
That is typical for paphs grown under "shade".
I call that bean sprout. hahaha
You won't be able to "correct" that growth, but the future growth will grow out normally when placed under sufficient light.

New leaves also come out with mottles right from the beginning on this kind of paphs.
