i don't think I've seen this species before. Another well grown plant! Do the petals always reflex on this species? I really like the veining on the dorsal.

Yes this is the trait of Paph. hennisianum. A reflexed back petals. It's not a flat flower by any means and this is what I love about it. It has more of the "3d" appearance than the typical flat and round flower that the judging system leads us to believe that is the superior form.

Yes, but the stem is pretty sturdy and can hold the flower on its own.
