It could be Paph Orchilla, but the shape and color pattern is WAY off for the 'Chilton' clone, which is almost perfectly flat and round with just a narrow edge of white on the dorsal sepal. There are also dozens, maybe hundreds, of other crosses it could be, and may not even be registered. The form is not nearly good enough to be awarded unless it is a very old hybrid, which limits the likelyhood of any ID. Your chances of making a positive identification are somewhere between slim and none, much closer to none.
