helenae time...
all my Paph helenae has started to bllom (except the one labelled "album", which will keep me waiting for a while to determine whether indeed an album!)
3 different clones, with different quality... this time they all bloomed under pretty cool conditions, and I still did not get any of those very bright yellow/orange colors seein in pictures... this was the explanation given by two sellers once ago...

I love the dorsal on the plant on the left in photo #3 and in #4 and also how the synsepal frames the pouch in photo#4. Just as cute as can be. Mine on it's first blooming (before I killed it, don't ask) was tiny, the plant was only out of the compot for maybe a month before it bloomed.

It's one of the newer species and it is also the smallest of the Paph species. Cute little thing.

It's also very difficult to find in the US. I heard from someone that they are still not legal here.

Kavanaru - Your opinion is spot on, I liked this plant from the original posting and it has just gotten better. Cell phone or not, I love the photo, it makes the flowers look translucent and absolutely fragile. Totally jealous right now.
