Default Paphiopedilum Hennisianum

hello everyone,
haven't any knowledge on paph culture when i saw paphiopedilum natives from philippines and decided to experiment growing these plants.

my newly acquired paph hennisianum

the medium used by the traders is a fern chips on a 3 inches pot.

does this plant needs to be replaced with another medium? say coco husk, charcoal?

do i need the paphs to be repotted and on what size? got an extra 12 inches pot will the paph do good on the 12 inches pot can i hang these plants like my other orchids?

and lastly what are the water and feeding requirements considering its medium at present?

good picture in there boyong. mine is from the same trader i guess in greenhouse#3 of msb. i'm keeping it in the traders pot with the fern chips. fern chips is good and drains well which is a requirement for this paph as per info from my googling. also, i read that paph should be kept in the same spot as it don't like to being moved around frequently. light is almost the same with phals. hope this helps.
