same with me when I bought the adductum. looks like the plant was happy on the location and the media i used. i actually replaced the fern chips media with a osmunda fiber and moss on top. it was placed on a dark area somehow with access to sunlight only in the afternoon. sometimes I forget to water it and the media becomes too dry at times. the plant seems to like it though.
the philippinense i got just last saturday is in a clay pot with volcanic rock as the medium. i think volcanic or lava rock is the best medium for paph based from my googling paphs culture. adding limestone on top would make it excellent and no need to repot. i'm now in hunt of volcanic rock and limestone but no luck yet. just in case you can acquire volcanic rock and limestone repot your paph to it.
