Sounds pretty good Bonsai (sorry I don't know your real name)

About the lighting - I think now days saying that give it phal lighting is abit general - I keep my phals in higher lights then they probably need, But I do it for faster growth and blooms since I don't use the cool down method.
So if you want faster growth then keep in high enough light to bloom catts. Aslong as the leafs don't turn yellowish and the plant is not stressed looking. you're fine.

Maybe you can go with 2000fc until blooming time then hit it with 3000 - 3500fc.
