Different care?
I am new to paphiopendlums. I now have four seedlings, two with green fragile and thin foliages, two with mottled thicker foliages. Would love to learn about their differences, and any guidance to their care.
Should one type be treated differently from another?
During the shipment a couple of foliages on the mottled orchids got bended badly. Will they recover or should I cut them off?

Can you tell us their names, please? If we know exactly what we're talking about we can give you better advice. As for the bent foliage, even though it is unsightly it will probably continue to photosynthesize even with the damage. If the area beyond the bend begins to yellow and dry up it can be removed with a sterilized sissors.

Do these need repotting? I removed a large portion of top moss already but both are still very dense and wet.

Watering in moss is different from watering in other media. You should not soak the moss. Merely run water over the top for a second or two. The water diffuses through the moss, leaving it lightly moist but aerated. Water Paphs in moss again when the top is almost crisp dry. If soaked water obliterates all the air spaces and roots may suffocate.
For now I would try to slip those out of their pots so the overly wet moss dries faster. Paph roots often adhere tightly to pots; if they don't come out easily, abandon that plan and put a fan on them to dry the moss out quickly.

You mean taking the roots out? Wouldn't it disturb them? I was going to buy one size larger clay pots (3") for them later this week and use fine bark media first. Can they wait?

I meant remove the whole root ball intact and let it dry out. If it won't come out easily, use the fan to dry rapidly.
I myself would not repot Paphs going into winter. I would water carefully, as described above, and wait until it warms in Spring. Some people would repot now if they don't want plants in moss.

Would moving the whole thing out into a one size larger pot solve the problem? More room to dry out without bothering the roots? I can fill in any extra side space with larger barks.

You would still have the sphagnum moss around the roots. It would still need watering as a plant in sphagnum moss. And now is not a good time to repot Paphs.

Regarding your question, if there is a difference in the cultivation of the less stained leaves (with less visible stains); in theory they need a little more light.
