Paphiopedilum concolor
This was a mix-up from Popow originally purchased as concolor 'Yellow' x hangianum, but obviously it was an accidental selfing. They were very gracious about the mistake.
I can't say there's anything terribly special about it, but I figured I'd share. It blooms regularly, multiple times a year. I've grown it in a small pot so it's perpetually root bound, perhaps that's why?
The flowers are fragrant, but I find the fragrance to be unpleasant. It's a mixture of apple peel and vomit.

Several times a year, that's nice!
Years ago I mail-ordered an "apricot-scented" geranium. When it arrived I thought it smelled like vomit, not apricots.

I've got one of these that I've had for a year now. It's blooming size but has not bloomed yet. At first, I was a little jealous of your luck in having yours bloom several times a year, but then I read the rest of your post, and now I'm not so sure I want mine to bloom! Maybe I'll just be happy with the pretty foliage.

Gorgeous colors. This is one of those rare times it's good to not be able to smell the roses.

Since I have luck growing most of my Bulbos, I obviously don't care how they smell and having things bloom multiple times a yr. is always a plus. Great bloom.

Thank you for pointing out the smell part.
Due to my ignorance I didn't think about smelling the flowers on mine until today but, oh God, the vomit is there and no apple in sight!

But at least, unlike delenatii which can be smelled from several feet away, I find I have to have my nose practically in my concolor in order to smell the funk.
