The care requirements for these 5 genera are the same?

I'm asking this because all slipers are from temperate climates or tropical but in altitude. So, I think the main requirements for temperature and HR are similar.

You've captured the beauty of this magnificent bloom so well. The pouch seems to go on forever. Alice needs to see this rather than the ole' rabbit hole! Lovely.

Oh sorry I hadn't caught the question. No not exactly. They are some what the same but the Phrags are the only ones that can be set in a saucer of water and I think there are some of them you shouldn't I just don't know which ones they are. Paphs are a bit different and the Cypripedium's are very different. I am not an expert on it by any means. None can be let to completely dry between watering I don't think. I hope that some what answers your question.

Thanks for the reply, No-pro-nwa.
There's something in common between them, as result of the environment they live in the wild: never let them dry and high humidity.
This is a key factor for someone who lives where I live.

But they must be some what versatile as mine are not in high humidity. I need to get my other humidifier going but have not done that yet.

The way I see it, is:
Using cool climate phaps as the reference, these are somewhat the same (in general, obviously) in terms of temps but with a higher % HR.
