Very nice! Temperature does affect colour quite often. Maybe they grew it somewhat differently??

Well both are pretty. Good going to getting it to rebloom. I am hoping to do it with mine one day. I haven't killed it yet so that's something. I am still taking it outside on good day's and back in at night.

Thank you, though I don't think I can take credit for the second spike as it was within a few weeks I think of my getting it. As you see the first spike wasn't yet dead. So I didn't rebloom it per-se but I agree that I'm proud I kept it happy enough to go ahead and grow that second spike. I'm sure it was in a greenhouse prior to my getting it and I haven't really done anything special with it as I'm behind with a lot of things. I just put it on table/computer table under light with daylight bulbs so I could enjoy the blooms before they died. For almost a week it sat on the new shelf with what I would think is inadequate light. I've been thinking maybe it's a light thing, the difference in color that is. I'm still happy.

I have one that is very similar and is named Cherry Kisses. It is the first cym that I have ever rebloomed and it put out two spikes, one of which is still in bloom. I am over the moon! Had to buy more
Thanks for sharing yours! It is wonderful!

Lovely flowers with interesting lip formation....the light washed the color on the last three pictures....the first two pictures are the correct color capture.
The second spike happened in your watch therefore it is to your credit. Other growers would have blasted it.

Actually Bud that's how the flowers turned out, they're just that much lighter....I mean of unless of course you want to run with that. All the blooms still haven't opened yet. Thanks for the credit, I'm over the moon I didn't blast them...I keep forgetting that my other Cym, bigger unbloomed, is upstairs in the attic, semi-finished half but still on the cool side...I ought to check on it...
