That is not a deffinate identification but SWAG
(Scientific wild a-- guess). Most sinense hybrids have those tall straight upright spikes. This is a picture of my Aunty Mary Kovich (AMK) P1010487 pictures from flowers photos on webshots . Hope it links for you. This hybrid is quite variable and have see an alba form in bloom ( Not mine unfortunately) Look at Cym Nut as well ---
AMK grows and blooms well in Florida - the growing conditions would be similar to yours. I bought my
Cym Nut from a grower in Puerto Rico. The Cymbidium Society of California would do well to become the Cymbidiums society of America - as their name implies.
The society would have less financial difficulty if the membership reach were broadened.
