Bob,
What are you using to get high K to your plants? |
Mono Potassium Phosphate twice a year. Two feedings a week apart
Also I use a formula that is 15-5-25 as part of the bloom period regime |
For the life of me I cannot imagine why it would need 14 degrees Celcius for a minimum. It will do fine with much less. The plants in the bloodline are grown around here close to 0C. Minimum of 6C though should be fine, that would be 43F or so.

Sorry I didn't realise you meant a 'maximum minimum'.....my apologies.

How much ahead of the Bloom period do you begin the 15-5-25. Am interested in "Helping" my cymbidiums bloom with a change in fertilizer regiment. Have the Monopotassium Phosphate already - believe I will apply that in November - 2 wks apart.

I'd do the Mono K phosphate now .. two apps, leaving two weeks between. No other fert that month. Then resume with the 15-5-25 til Jan or so
