After keeping the Cymbs outdoor the entire summer after you guys advice. Here comes the rewards; spikes in 4 plants out of 5.

I am not quite sure if my Cyms buds got frozen or what.
How long do the flowers take to bloom from the moment the bud is formed.... I don't remember from last year?

Depending the weather, it can take a month or 6 weeks. So if the buds are still fat, they are fine. (If temperature was below about -1 C, buds can get damaged... At 0 C, probably ok.) Any warmer than that, no worries. If the buds turn soft and wrinkled, then they are lost - that can happen from heat as well as cold... just if they encounter something they don't like. But Cyms are quite durable. The plants are OK down to -2 or -3 C.

None of my buds (already on when I got them.home a month ago) changed at all. Maybe the Santa Ana wind killed them?
