What is not uncommon in picture calendars is the following:

• A filler photo every 3 months or 6 months (like an extra front page)
• Two pages per month (i.e. the calendar shows half of the month)
• A combination of the two

The filler page may just work: front page + 3 others. If the winner also gets a calendar page that would leave 3 filler pages. Of course Marty could just pick

Is there a reason for giving voters only one day? We're going into the second day of the work week and busy people with hectic lives might miss out on their opportunity to vote. Extending the deadline seems fair under the circumstances. As I remember, the original votes were slow to start and the deadline was extended. I was monitoring the votes and the extension made a big difference in the final tally.

Just a suggestion.
