I don't see why noids should be excluded. What we want on calender are beautiful pictures, I would think.

Sandy, that looks really like my Dtps Sin Yuan 'Golden Beauty'. It's quite a popular one in Europe.
Of course NoID Phals are always difficult to identify acurately but it looks sooo similar I thought I would mention it.

I must have not gotten this email last year because last time I entered this contest the name of the orchid was required. I guess I can widen my choices next year if I can include NOID's All the blooms look great , good luck to everyone!

Rosie, I just looked up the name and I think you're on to something here! Thank You! She's been blooming for me all year. Do you know if that's typical with the 'Golden Beauty'?

I don't know I'm afraid. I've only had mine since early August. All I know is mine's been in flower since then.
