Default Some dendrochilums in bloom- TINY flowers

I had no idea how small a flower could be before i saw this Dendrochilum stenophyllum…

i also have a wenzelii that ive had longer and seen flower but they are still bigger than these.

These are phone pics and i was not winning against the elements but i'll borrow a DSLR and try to get a decent shot over the weekend

beautiful! i've always enjoyed the sprays of flowers that Dendrochilums produce - the tiny flowers only add to the beauty (the grass-like leaves are a plus, too). the wenzelii's color is lovely - can't wait to see it completely open!

i will keep you updated!

this weekend is supposed to be wet and then very cold so i am scared it will be bad for the outdoors plants currently in bloom....such is life when Ma nature calls the plays

Glad you did. I lost all the red blooms and the tiny yellow ones were unimpressive. The flowers on the magnum are still all there but they have lost their color and are like zombie flowers. I’ll try to grab a pic tomorrow
