This cloth is the material I use in the room where I grow my Catts and never had problems with light...I only had flowers instead.

I doubt it. (Unless you are sure you have a deficiency, more won't help). Just a little shading and it is likely to respond unless it actually got toasted. Mine are really light green...

Not the prettiest sight but it serves the purpose...the neighbours...well, it' just temporary, I hope.

It seems this plant finally got into the "correct" growth cycle. Yesterday I discovered more two new growths.

One is growing from the base of the pbulb that has the newest sheath (which is significantly fatter than all the other pbulbs-photo bellow).





The 2nd one is still very tiny and it's growing near and pointing to the medium. Probably it will change the direction and go upwards.



In the meanwhile, the result of the first few hrs of sun was this (the worst leaf). I believe it won't heal more than this.



I've been giving it 3 hrs of direct sun from 17:00 onwards. The rest of the day is on a south large window with bright indirect light. When I'm home all day I put it outside under a cloth to give it some partial shade (see previous post).

Oh yes, looking good. It has passed the edge of the original pot, now it is happy. (That has been my experience with potted L. anceps... they grow slowly until they escape the pot, then they fly.)

I am thinkink about putting a small tree/bush to replace the cloth and provide some shade. It will also improve the aesthetic of the building.

I'm looking for species that can handle my climate (except olive trees).
