Love at first sight.
What medium is it in? Would love to know more about your culture/conditions.

Fine bark and clay pellet mix.top with moss but in the summer when I brought it out side the birds try to pick up all the moss on my plant. So I have to put some rock on top to stop the bird for destroying my plant.
About my condition.
In winter I water much less, maybe one every week. This is more for my benefit than the plant. Summer growing is out door ,water as they dry out. Several times per week and remember keep light level on the high side. For fertilizer, I only used MSU 1/4 tsp weekly. If you like rupicoluos laelia . Try Laelia Fournieri . It is fairly easy. Mine bloom every year.
