OW, I just posted on this, couple days ago. You might check that post. Mine took a year off, it needed more light. So, your light is good. I read that they like to be abused a bit to induce flowering. I withheld water for about a month last winter. They love fertizer and fresh medium ( I read) and mine exploded after the drought and then good soaking and fertilizer. I now have about 4 flower heads and more coming. They will send up something that looks a little like a leaf but if you look against the light you will see the flower head inside. Hope this makes sense and helps.
