The first leaf looks like it got burned or frozen. Too close to a window on a cold night? Too close to growing lights? Too much sun?

The second leaf is an older leaf, and it is getting ready to die and fall off. This happens eventually as they age. They last longer when humidity and temperature are ideal. A newer Cattleya leaf yellowing like this is often caused by too-low humidity.

I agree, they don't look like any big problem to me. How long has it been sense it has been re-potted?

Hmmm, very interesting as it is the only leaf that has this problem. What should I do to the leaf? Should I trim off the parts that turned brown, should I cut the leaf off, or should I just leave it be?

For the second leaf, ok, that's a relief, haha.

Awesome! This Cattleya was actually just re-potted recently, not even 3 weeks yet.

If the brown part of the first leaf offends, you could trim it back to just before the live tissue with no issues (if you cut the live part, you need to be concerned you could introduce pathogens unless you use a one-use single edge razor blade or sterile cutters) Or you can just leave it - does no harm.

I leave dry brown spots alone. They remind me of what happened last time.

If you can't bear looking at it, do the surgery at a time of year when it's warm and humidity is low. Use a tool sterilized with 10% bleach solution or 70%-90% isopropyl alcohol (sold in the US as rubbing alcohol.) After the cut, put powdered cinnamon, flowers of sulfur or fungicide on the cut to deter fungus infection.

Then perhaps you are not giving it enough water for it being just re-potted. I know that sounds so different from what others say and it probably isn't near as dry where you live but I sure do have to step it up when I re-pot a Catt. as here they dry out so fast. I use a wooden skewer to make sure they are not to wet.

My Catt types are the only ones I use them on so far.

I don't like to cut leaves on my plants unless it's some sort of fast moving rot. I feel sometimes it is more stress on an already stressed plant. Most times the area will dry and be no problem. Later when the plant is better I may cut the dry part off. Just the way I do it. When I do cut I usually put cinnamon powder on area.
