Leptotes bicolor. It's related to Cattleyas and so far a seedling has been pretty easy to grow here. It came here in mid September from Olympic Orchids in Seattle, mounted in a wad of sphagnum on a piece of cork. It gets bright indirect light. Relative humidity has been 50% by day and 70% at night. Temperatures are 60F minimum and up into the 80s during sunny hours.
I initially didn't fertilize much. I've upped the fertilizer on my Cattleya alliance seedlings and they are growing much better. I'm using 1/2 teaspoon / 2.5ml powder of MSU and the same quantity of Epsom salts per gallon / 3.78 liters of rain. This gives about 85ppm nitrogen, using the fertlizer calculator on the First Rays Web site. I've decided to add a quarter of the water as tap water to up the calcium. I fertilize 3 out of 4 waterings, and use pure rain for the fourth.
I don't let this Leptotes seedling get completely dry. I water the more typical Cattleya alliance seedlings when the plants are almost dry, or completely dry for the bigger seedlings.
I'll add a photo later. I'm taking a break during a partial water exchange on my 50 gallon.
Added 2016 01 23: I posted the photo to this thread, below.

While you are doing your water change I will show you mine. It is in a slotted plastic pot. Chunky bark a 2 marbles for weight in the bottom, s. moss on top. I have a lot of new growth since I got it. It is kept fairly close to my lights. I mist the moss daily. The white on top coat is crushed egg shells.

Since we're sharing Here's mine... I got it about a year and a half ago from Seattle Orchids. It came mounted and I water when it's dry. I *think* I've got a couple sheaths forming. If I'm right it will be the first time it blooms for me

A sheath! Yay! And we expect a photo of the Paph in the background, too.

Lol, is there any doubt? I'm so grateful for this forum because even though my husband feigns interest, it's pretty obvious from the glazed look in his eyes when I try to show off my babies that he'd rather be discussing football or hockey lol. His interest in them is purely limited to buying them because he knows they make me happy

A while back I posted a cedar-smoke-scented orchid. There must be football- and hockey-puck-scented orchids. There certainly are locker-room-scented orchids.

Leptotes bicolor seedling mounted
From Olympic Orchids, received 2016 September. Penny for scale. It's hard to tell from the 2-D photo, but three leaves are reaching far towards the camera. I moved it into the sun for the photo. It grows in bright shade.

Tiny but cute. Love the succulent leaves on this plant, of coarse the flowers are pretty too.
